JCC Consulting, Inc. has years of experience working on a vast array of technical issues for clients in numerous industries and businesses.

Keith W. Hare


Keith Hare joined JCC Consulting in 1985. Keith has assisted numerous companies and organizations with high performance, high availability database applications, database administration, and data replication.

In addition to his duties with JCC Consulting, Keith has, since 1988, been active in the SQL Standards process and has been Convenor (“Chair”) of the international SQL Standards Committee since 2005. In 2014, he won a leadership award from INCITS.

He holds a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University and a BS in Biology and Computer Science from Muskingum University.


Cheryl P. Jalbert

Vice President

Cheryl Jalbert joined JCC Consulting at the beginning of 1985. She has been primarily active in database and application design, project management, customer planning sessions, and training preparation and delivery.

Cheryl holds a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University and a Bachelors in Sociology from Denison University. Much of her undergraduate work was completed at Hollins University and some of her graduate work was completed at the University of Tennessee.

She has taught computing at Central Ohio Technical College.

Thomas H. Musson

Chief Technology Officer

Tom Musson joined JCC Consulting in 1988 and has held positions of increasing responsibility. He was named Senior Consultant in 1997 and Chief Technical Officer in 2019.

Since 2001, Tom has been the lead architect for the JCC LogMiner Loader product. The JCC LogMiner Loader enables timely and accurate replication of database updates to a wide variety of target products and architectures. Tom’s expertise and insight into these products and architectures aid clients with the architecture and tuning of the diverse components.

Tom is also a participant in JCC's remote database support and emergency response teams.

Tom holds a BS in Computing from California University of Pennsylvania.

 Robert W. Wade

Director of New Business Development

Bob Wade was named President of JCC Hosting in February, 2013.  Prior to rejoining the JCC team, Bob spent 8 years as IT Manager at The Shelly Company.  He began his career in 1988 as an Applications Programmer for JCC Consulting and held various positions of increasing responsibility until being named Senior Consultant in 1998.  As a consultant with JCC, he has developed applications and managed data centers for educational institutions, public utilities, international airlines, retail sales organizations and non-profit institutions.

Bob holds a BA in Computer Science from Denison University.

 Dr. Jeffrey S. Jalbert


Jeff Jalbert left Denison University in the spring of 1984 to launch JCC Consulting. He spent 17 years at Denison as a member of the physics faculty and Director of the Computer Center. During his time as Director, the Computer Center handled all the administrative computing and won awards for computing support for academia. 

Jeff designed, implemented and managed computer systems and applications for some of the world's most successful organizations. Jeff performed health checks and led futures planning for clients and was a part of JCC's emergency response team.

He held a PhD in Theoretical Nuclear Physics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Physics from Fairfield University.
