Download not starting automatically?

Some browsers do not support the method used to automatically initiate the download.  If this is the case, please click on the icon to the left of the description as it is a link to the requested file.

Download using save as

Download crashes your browser?

Older browsers sometimes have trouble downloading files to your computer.  This has been primarily encountered when the document to be downloaded is an Adobe Acrobat "PDF" file and the browser tries to open the file in the Acrobat browser extension.  If this is the case, please 'right-click' on the icon to the left of the description and select 'Save target as...'.
