Rdb training is available from a variety of sources:

Oracle Education provides Rdb training. In the US you can call 1 800 633 0575, to request information and a training schedule. Outside the US, start with your local Oracle office. Some information is also available on the vendor's Oracle Seminar and Events page.

JCC Consulting, Inc., offers a number of Rdb-specific seminars as well as more general database oriented seminars.

Certain training opportunities are also available at Rdb-related conferences.
